- Built Immibot’s chat interface, APIs, authentication, conversation storage, and administration tools.
- Built guest identity, usage quotas, persisted conversations, and automatic guest-to-Clerk account transfer.
- Shipped separate Flowise Advisor/Search workflows, generated follow-ups, progress tracking, orientation rules, and FSW scoring before the Perplexity migration.
- Implemented PostHog instrumentation across chat, feedback, consultation CTAs, document uploads, and product events.
- Built role-protected program, orientation, province, user, and professional administration alongside Azure-backed document workflows and shared Stripe credit infrastructure.
